I think we can get Robert M Bowman Jr into shape if you put some citations in a more structured form and flesh the article out a bit (although I can't guarantee it). See my note on the talk page. One other thing. I noticed the photo you uploaded looks like a personal headshot of his. If you are Robert M. Bowman Jr, you probably shouldn't be writing an autobiography on Wikipedia, certainly one like that.
