This is my second time editing Wikipedia in a long time. Whilst reading an article on the late Aaron Swartz I read that he was interested in Sociology. I thought that though he clearly had an interest in civic awareness and social movements; he was not really a sociologist or even interested in such a marginal discipline. I was massively incorrect, his blog has a few entries on some sociological musings. It turns out that he had studied it at Stanford and called himself an applied sociologist on Twitter.

RIP Mr Swartz you had so many talents and sociological analysis and interesting writing were just two of them.

Note to self remember to edit article from time to time.

Addiction[edit]

I only meant to edit one page and insert a couple of links. As time goes on you just want to write more and find more sources. I get a real research buzz out of this. Sadly I must go to bed before I get too tired and my work gets too sloppy.ElizabethFry42 (talk) 00:48, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

'Learning to become a better Wikipedian'[edit]

Today I reviewed my pages on Wikipedia and I saw that I had made two grammatical mistakes. I was editing late in to the night and this must have affected my performance. Poor grammar is unacceptable full stop. I have corrected the mistakes and hope nobody read the page in between edits. That would be quite embarrassing. Writing like any skill must be practiced and editing the occasional article will give me this practice.ElizabethFry42 (talk) 23:12, 20 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
