Alzheimer's[edit]

Dr. Sardinha, thanks again for your ongoing work at Alzheimer's disease. As I mentioned on article talk, the established citation style of the aricle uses the format easily produced by this template if you just plug in a PMID. Correcting all of the citations you add is time-consuming, so I hope you will use that template. Also, for someone who expressed on article talk that you wanted to improve the readability, I am noticing that a lot of your text introduces a complexity in language that isn't always needed; just something to keep in mind. Regards, SandyGeorgia (Talk) 17:46, 17 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It may be helpful for you to review the adjustments I made:
  • In this series of edits, I reformatted your citations to the established style, and corrected the duplication of sources that resulted from incorrectly naming the refs. I also removed one sentence that was uncited WP:SYNTH.
  • In this series of edits, I simplified some of the language, created paragraphs, and specified to what population and as of what date the costs applied.
Hope this helps, SandyGeorgia (Talk) 18:26, 17 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you so much for looking over this for me. I will enter in the PMID from now on. I've been inserting the DOI previously and it was my understanding that as long as we entered in the PMID, DOI, or URL, the citation would correct itself. Thank you for increasing the readability as well.
I also would like your thoughts on an edit made by another Wikipedian. They changed the diet section from "preventative" to "management" while omitting a lot explaining that there is no good evidence and it's speculative - what are your thoughts? Dr. Sardinha (talk) 17:03, 18 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
