Welcome![edit]

Hello, Dmart399, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Adam and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

Hi Adam, How are you? I am having trouble with citing, and needed help. I am getting my sources from the library data base at FIU. When I open the cite page on the Wikipedia, I add all of the information from the source, I hit save change and it goes through. However, when I check if the source, it doesn't take me to where I found the source. Is there something that I am missing. Would you be able to help. My article is Work Behavior. Any help will be greatly appropriate. Dmart399 (talk) 16:45, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. Hello, I am a student at FIU and I'm taking a Sociology class. Part of my assignment is to add context to this page. What I would like to add is the following:

The different types of work behaviors. For example, Organizational behavior, nonviolent work abuse among employees, and how communication affects the behaviors of employees. Here are some sources that I found. I am open to any suggestion
