Hi Demblin, since you seem fairly new, I want to bring the Wikipedia 3-revert rule to your attention, which you've actually already violated with four reverts. Please do not make any further reverts for at least 24 hours or you'll be subject to being blocked.

As for the external link, it does meet policy standards, so removing it is improper. I marked the photo for deletion because it does not indicate on the image description page (Image:Rabbi Nachman Bulman.jpg) where it was taken from. Although in the article the name of the person who took the photo is taken, without knowing where the photo is taken from (magazine? book? website?), we cannot tell for sure what is the copyright condition of the image.
