Hi Debastein!,
To upload a image or any other file go to wiki commons http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page and click on upload file from the left quick links and follow instructions, this uploaded file can be used across wikipedia.
Second, regarding creating a template, type the link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Name of your template on the address bar of your browser with text Name of your template replaced by the name you want to give to your template and
- click on create template
- type the code
- save
And guess what you can use this on wikipedia.

Hi, in such cases best is to leave a message on the same persons talk page, discuss and sort out. If you have noticed, this user left a link [WP:NFCC] which talks about criteria about using non free content. Refer point 9 on this link, copies below for your quick reference.
Restrictions on location. Non-free content is allowed only in articles (not disambiguation pages), and only in article namespace, subject to exemptions. (To prevent an image category from displaying thumbnails, add to it; images are linked, not inlined, from talk pages when they are a topic of discussion.)
Hope this helps. Now, also have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symbiosis_International_University, the same logo is used. So, I hope you understand why this was removed and where this logo can be used.

Hey, got your point. Just saw the page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Logo_of_Symbiosis_International_University.svg) and its says that this image is subject to copyright. Hence it cannot be used. Gsinghglakes (talk) 01:55, 25 August 2011 (UTC)
