You might have seen that "i" vandalised a couple of pages recently this wasent me it was someone else that i suspect hacked my account, i realize now that my password wasent all that safe considering its a password i usually have on forums and this have happened to me before on a couple of forums so i will change my password to something less easier to guess, i apologize for all the confusion and hope i can be unblocked.

I understand that you cant block me at the time so i will create a new user but it seems like i cant do that as my ip-adress is blocked at the time and i cant really change my ip either at the time so i was wondering if anyone could change the settings for User:90.227.14.80 so i can register with a new user.

What do you mean nonsense request? My edit was simply asking if my ip could have access to creating a account so i could make a new user which was a normal request, i didnt blame my little brother, i didnt offer a donation to wikipedia, i didnt say someone else did it even worse etc so i fail to see how it was a nonsense unblock request, also about me and that ip being the same person? I have already explained it on the swedish wiki where someone else asked if i was that ip but its probably just a concidence, maybe we edited smilar pages, maybe we started editing at a smilar time, we have the same ip i havent looked at what edits that ip did, but i can assure you we arent the same person. Well apparently requesting a account didint work and this account is probably never going to be unblocked so i will have to create a new account i send another request to allow User:90.227.14.80 to create a account as its my ip at home (i already explained the meaning of my request and also replied to the suspicion of the blocked user being me) im by no means asking for it to be completely unblocked just allow account registration for it.
