A tag has been placed on Sanford Ballard Dole Middle School requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. KurtRaschke (talk) 03:43, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of The S.S. Tipton[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article The S.S. Tipton, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? NrDg 02:39, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

June 2008[edit]

When adding links to material on an external site, as you did to High School Musical 3: Senior Year, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:

  • If the linked site is the copyright holder, leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page;
  • If a note on the linked site credibly claims permission to host the material, or a note on the copyright holder's site grants such permission, leave a note on the article Talk page with a link to where we can find that note;
  • If you are the copyright holder or the external site administrator, adjust the linked site to indicate permission as above and leave a note on the article Talk page;

If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead. NrDg 20:28, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to High School Musical 3: Senior Year, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. --Geniac (talk) 21:53, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Hannah Montana: The Movie. Your edits appeared to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --Geniac (talk) 01:01, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I considered the edits good faith and caused by reading a reference too literally. --NrDg 01:17, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That one, fair enough; had to re-read it. The HSM3 track listing was unsourced, though. --Geniac (talk) 02:12, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Found your secret page![edit]

I found your secret page in the Recent Changes, hehe. Added the barnstar to my page. DavidWS (talk) 01:32, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hannah Montana?[edit]

By the way, why did everybody make Hannah Montana seasons on different pages? There is only going to be like 4 seasons. It's not going to be like Family guys with like 12 seasons. Can't we just keep all the seasons on one page? Alec2011 (talk) 10:10 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

See Talk:List of Hannah Montana episodes#Proposal to split article into separate season articles --Gary0203 (talk) 02:37, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I saw that just now, LOL. I made a new proprosal, can you check it out? - Alec2011 (talk) 10:44 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
OK, I also added a box like the other season to the upper right hand corner, so people can see the other Seasons too, is that OK? - Alec2011 (talk) 10:59 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
Yup! --Gary0203 (talk) 03:08, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Can we make different season pages for ALL the other Disney Shows? - Alec2011 (talk) 11:31 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
Nope. Only if there was a proposal and most people agreed to it --Gary0203 (talk) 03:32, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

New Article?[edit]

Hey, I was wondering if I can create an episode article page for my Youtube Mini Series? Alec2011 (talk) 11:35 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

I don't know, but you can try. By the way, what is your YouTube account. Maybe, I can add you as my friend. --Gary0203 (talk) 03:39, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Can I tell you what it's about? - Alec2011 (talk) 11:35 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
Yup! You can trust me. --Gary0203 (talk) 03:40, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
OK, well for one, I use Hannah Montana episodes, choose a song, and find a good plot to the episode. Like let's say this: Miley and Jake get together, and Jake wants to prove his love for, so he gives her all these presents and she doesn't know if he likes her, or just wants her to be happy. Or, that Miley's friends and family have been with her forever, and know matter what anyone says, they don't want her to change. It's not really like an actual Mini Series, but it's one about Hannah Mmontana and Miley Cyrus that can have a good meaning to them. I want to make an episode page so I can post my episodes in one central spot. Would it be OK for me to do it or not? - Alec2011 (talk) 11:46 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
Ok. I just found a way for you to do it. First, put /(whatever you want to name it) in your user page. Then, click that and there you can put anything you want to.
So it won't get deleted if I post ANYTHING there, because it's my page? - Alec2011 (talk) 11:46 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
Yup! You can do anything in your page --Gary0203 (talk) 03:56, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the help. - Alec2011 (talk) 11:57 PM, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

Hi[edit]

Hi it's me. Thanks for watching some episodes. I hope you like them. I'm good. - Alec2011 (talk) 15:08, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of File:Gifninja.gif[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the article Image:Gifninja.gif, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition was deleted under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text—which means allowing other people to modify it—then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. MBisanz talk 07:08, 30 June 2008 (UTC) .[reply]
