Do you know anywhere that I can buy the second set of the Chess Review & Chess Life DVD (1956-1975)? Bubba73 You talkin' to me? 23:03, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Both USCF sales and ChessCafe carry the whole 1933-1975 run. I haven't seen anybody offering the second set only.Crawftrhas (talk) 23:18, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Wholesalechess.com has the first two DVDs as a set (1933-1955), but don't list the second one. Bubba73 You talkin' to me? 00:35, 19 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. That was quite a bit of work for you to write, and a very nice addition to chess articles on wikipedia. Quale (talk) 16:29, 22 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the date correction in Chess Life. I had written that section from Pandolfini, but I just double checked and found that I got it wrong. Pandolfini said the first glossy issue was January 20, 1961. Looking at the scans on the DVD set confirms it. Quale (talk) 03:58, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. I've been going back and forth in the DVDs looking for crosstables and games from older US Opens, so the date stuck out.Crawftrhas (talk) 10:46, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
