Hey there,
Thank you for your message and welcome to Wikipedia.
I am myself Canadian, but I'm afraid Wikipedia has very strict criteria to establish notability before articles go forward. Here are the criteria: WP:NBASKETBALL. If Mr Allen meets those criteria, please let me know and be sure to have some sources and maybe we can work together to keep it. If not, I'm afraid we can't allow it here.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:2013 05 18 Rowan Barrett.jpg[edit]
A tag has been placed on File:2013 05 18 Rowan Barrett.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
