Coolbho3000: I wasn't endorsing the NPOV you identified on that page, I was simply going through to correct grammar and remove some vandalism. Ropcat (talk) 03:08, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Yazaki[edit]

A tag has been placed on Yazaki requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I'm willing to undelete it if you find a couple of reliable sources to support it's notability (the homepage not included). Maybe try a google search to find that they are a "valued supplier to virtually every automotive OEM in the world"? · AndonicO Hail! 18:41, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

On second thought, I'll re-create it and put it on WP:AFD, to get more opinions. They'll likely ask for the same sources though. · AndonicO Hail! 18:46, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Here's the link to the page. · AndonicO Hail! 18:52, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That source should work; put it on the AFD page (and vote keep, I assume). · AndonicO Hail! 18:53, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I hope you don't mind that I added a bullet and bolded "keep"? That's usually done. · AndonicO Hail! 19:12, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Congratulations on your first article; and thanks for insisting it should be kept, as well. ;) · AndonicO Hail! 02:32, 29 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Yazaki[edit]

An editor has nominated Yazaki, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Yazaki and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 19:06, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the page Synthetic diamond, because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you.
