Layout[edit]

Hi there, I went to the Pakistan article and saw the reference section was incorrectly at the end. I noticed you've been moving reference sections to the end after external links probably to fix a red warning message about cite ref. External links section should go last per Wikipedia:Guide_to_layout#Notes.2C_Footnotes.2C_or_References with the reference section coming after see also section rather than at the end. To fix the cite error you need to instead remove ref tags <ref></ref> inserted after the reflist template, whilst leaving the cite templates. It would be good if you could go back and move the reference and external links sections back to the proper places, thanks Tom B (talk) 14:35, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Reflex Novel Cover.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Reflex Novel Cover.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Re: Chinese division table[edit]

I've decided to remove the Chinese division table wikitext from the soroban article. The main reason is that as it is mentioned in the article and as also brought up in its talk page, the Chinese division table is now rendered mostly obsolete in Japan, with the more preferred method of division put in practice there uses the multiplication table. I've instead included a link to the suanpan article because it is still in use in China. This is why the image the wikitable intends to replace was in the soroban article in the first place; just for illustration and not for actual use. Please don't call my edits of HOTP advertisings. These are citations/references required by others.[edit]

These were just part of my edits which contained too detailed informatin from your point of view. Nobody (including me) has a reason to spend quite a lot of time to advertise overy single product of a given kind that can be found on the Internet; I was just adding requested references/citacions (most of them for the second time unfortunately, they already have been removed (instedad of fixed) for being a list/linkfarm when I tried to put the references in "External links" some time ago). Calling my edits "Advertising" is quite a bad reward as it damages the image of my IP. User:84.244.120.131 19:04, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I should have assumed good faith in your edits. I thought that the section was worded like an advertisement, not for any particular product. The features and prices made the section feel like an advertisement. I kept the products, but removed these qualities. Have to say that except the a* word, your edit was one of the most precise wikicleaner's cuts I've ever seen. Those prices were remains of badly formatted page in the past - the prices had been a kind of misplaced citations/references, accompanied by external links, until those links were removed. Your wording is apparently
