If you wish to write another article about the onions, e.g. Calcot onion or possibly add it into an existing article on, say, Spanish food, etc.then feel free. However, it is inappropriate to an article on a suburb of Reading. Whichever you decide to do, do NOT copy other website articles into Wikipedia.
