Multiple accounts[edit]

Hi there Celestine. I wonder if you could take a moment to explain to me the relationship between the following accounts:

From where I'm sitting it looks like they are all being operated disruptively by the same person and have, in the past few days made an awful lot of work for other people to clear up. using multiple accounts in this way is not permitted on Wikipedia and could result in you being blocked from editing. Celestine, I am sorry that you have not replied. Whilst I have been waiting I have done some more investigation and it is my firm conviction that you are banned User:Elspeth Monro. whilst the evidence is circumstantial it is in my opinion overwhelming and on that basis I have blocked all of the above accounts from editing. You can of course appeal the block here on this talk page by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.
