As per assignment 1 - either the subject passes GNG or SSN. The source provided is not reliable [1] and if you look at the bottom of the page "All content is the property of Dean Salman". We refer catalog of Messier catalogue, Caldwell catalogue), or New General Catalogue for astronomical objects. Object existing does not mean it meet notability. In NPP (different from AfC), the reviewer needs to look for at least 2 independent reliable source if the subject deem credible claim of significance even with unreliable/not independent/no sources but if sources could be found by reviewer, then the draft could be accepted as "presumably' notable. If not nominate article for deletion (AfD) and state your reasons (based on notability guidelines).
