Mons Meg[edit]

Thanks for your update on Mons Meg, but see my questions on the talk page. You may want to consider adding footnotes with page references to back up your additions - not that I am doubting them, far from it, but it helps with verification. See Wikipedia:Citing sources and Wikipedia:Footnotes for more details on using <ref> tags. Any problems let me know. Thanks, Jonathan Oldenbuck (talk) 14:31, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Calcinations. Please add what you can to the article from the source(s) you have - it would be prefereable to leave the rest of the information in at present, even if there is no direct citation. If you find something that does not fit the source you have, type {{fact}} after it, to flag it up to other editors. To do footnotes, simply type <ref>, then the text of the reference you want to use, for instance, "Joe Bloggs, Mons Meg, page 31", then </ref>. Then, to make the references show up, type {{reflist}} at the bottom of the page, under the References heading. Hope that helps but feel free to drop me a note if you get stuck.
