Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edits you made to Silent Hill, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. As Konami has neither confirmed nor denied if Heather has a surname, the note must reflect Konami's silence and be neutral, without supporting either side, otherwise it is speculation. Besides, Heather has a supernatural origin (she was not born, but "created"), so this could also hint that she does not have a surname, as she has no parents to get one from, but, anyway, even this theory of mine is speculation, so it could not be included. I would also like to remind you to be particularly careful with the tone you use on messages towards strangers, both in headings and main text. Thank you. Good spot on the missing content. That's the problem with the automatic tools sometimes when more than one user is vandalising an article as the "rollback" only removes one lot of vandalism. Thanks! QU TalkQu 20:50, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
