Gaahl & King picture

I felt the article needed a picture of the two becauz (a) they wer in the band for quite a long time and (b) they'r mentiond a lot in the Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt section. I thought the picture of them playing live was the most fitting. Why does it matter that they wer (later found to be) using the name unlawfully when the picture was taken?
