Aoidh, don't copypaste standard phrases, write why this article fails WP:BIO? Have you read it ever? Noah Miller win an award ("The person has received a well-known and significant award or honor"), there are articles on several sites about him.

re: Notability of article about TimeSheet software[edit]

But WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS is simply a recognition of the problem; those other articles have to be considered on their own merit and possibly considered for deletion as well. Such material is not NPOV writing. The inclusion of two dozen illustrations of him with various prominent people is characteristic of an advertisement, not an encyclopedia article.

Furthermore, such associations do not show notability. The awards oare of uncertain significance. The references are to notices and press releases. The puyblished alternative medicine paper is apparently a study of whether the patients said they felt bettter after treatment, which does not meet any reasonable scientific standard.

Hi SpacemanSpiff, could you answer some questions as an admin?

Why can't I move my draft to the articles? Are there any rules? What if I create an article, not a draft?
What is a Notability criteria for person from India? Books, magazines and awards in several countries could be counted as signs of Notability? (concerning Draft:Pankaj_Naram - how many articles required for a person to be notable enough?)

I've blocked you because your edits give off the very strong impression that you are someone who was paid to edit Wikipedia on behalf of various companies. You can edit if you have a conflict of interest of this nature (although it is discouraged), but only if you are transparent about your conflict of interest. You've been warned about this in the past and kept editing without ever clearly defining whether you are a paid editor or not. Disclosing your COI is not optional and not clearly stating your COI after someone has posted a warning can be construed as you trying to hide being a paid editor - which looks incredibly bad and is against Wikipedia's guidelines.

I also noted that you have had a lot of problems with establishing notability for articles and you've been warned against moving articles to the mainspace from AfC without someone approving the article. There are also concerns that you might have alternate accounts and/or be working with other paid editors who have also not disclosed their status. I'm sorry, but your edits give off the impression that you were paid to edit Wikipedia and that you do not really want to learn how to edit within policy. You might be unblocked, but you would need to do the following:

Clearly disclose your conflict of interest.
If you have other accounts active and/or are working with them, you need to make this association clear.
Stop moving AfC submissions to the mainspace on your own. AfC articles must be approved by another editor that is unaffiliated with the article topic.
Do not make any substantial edits to the mainspace unless you run it through another, unaffiliated editor first. Considering how rough some of your edits are, it might be a good idea to ask about any COI edits prior to making them.
Take one of the training courses at WP:TRAINING or WP:ADVENTURE. You need more training on making articles that are well sourced and neutrally written and I think that taking one of these would be helpful.
