Hello Bugkill and welcome to the Military history WikiProject! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to military history.

April 2021 WikiProject Military History Reviewing Drive

Hey y'all, the April 2021 WikiProject Military History Reviewing Drive begins at 00:01 UTC on April 1, 2021 and runs through 23:59 UTC on April 31, 2021. Points can be earned through reviewing articles on the AutoCheck report, reviewing articles listed at WP:MILHIST/ASSESS, reviewing MILHIST-tagged articles at WP:GAN or WP:FAC, and reviewing articles submitted at WP:MILHIST/ACR. Service awards and barnstars are given for set points thresholds, and the top three finishers will receive further awards. To participate, sign up at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Military_History/April 2021 Reviewing Drive#Participants and create a worklist at Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/April 2021 Reviewing Drive/Worklists (examples are given). Hello, thanks for contributing new content to WP, and especially for sourcing it. However, going forward, I'd ask that instead of leaving bare url refs, that you instead complete the refs per WP:CITE (eg: using the cite web template, or any of others listed). This would be very helpful, to both readers and your fellow editors. Thanks again - wolf 01:22, 12 November 2022 (UTC)

Hello again. I had just asked if you could start to fill in your references properly, and shortly after you make this edit, which removes a ref (one that incidentally I completed for you) and instead leaves another bare url ref, that is also useless as it doesn't support the content it's attached to... content that you added in the first place. I provided plenty of information to help you here, and also completed the first two bare url refs you added. So again, please ensure you fill in your refs, and that those refs actually support your edits. If you need assitance, contact the help desk. Meanwhile, I removed the useless ref you added, and replaced it with a "cite needed" tag. That means the content you added is unsupported and can be removed by anyone at anytime. You need to find a correct ref, add it and also ensure that you complete it at the same time. Thank you - wolf 04:07, 12 November 2022 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you may have added public domain content to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as 151st Infantry Regiment (United States). You are welcome to import appropriate public domain content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied.
