Hello how do I put something up for deletion? I registered cause I seen an article that in not worthy of the encyclopedia.

The article is April 4, 1981, West Bend tornado I think it goes against your NO NEWS policy. I would like to do a deletion of it because it is only a little tornado. Tons of tornadoes strike little towns every year but this one was no outbreak so it is not a real encyclopedic topic. I am so confused how to do the deletion thing -BabyFace
