Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Madhab Chandra Jena's Research on Solar Power Generation Efficiency requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Attack pages[edit]

Please do not create attack pages like you did at Madhab Chandra Jena's Research on Solar Power Generation Efficiency. Attacks against editors are not tolerated on Wikipedia and if you continue, this can lead to you getting permanently blocked from editing. The reason the page had been previously deleted was because it was a copyright infringement of [http://ijmr.net.in/download.php?filename=FukGxRzPaFA7dWT.pdf&new=IJITE2324Feb3.pdf this site]. Even if you claim to own the copyright to the text Wikipedia cannot accept any material that has previously been published elsewhere. In this case it looks like the article was open access so copyright isn't entirely an issue, but there was still another valid reason for deletion: the article was just a repost of a journal article and did not show how this journal article passed notability guidelines per WP:GNG. Wikipedia is not like journal databases in that it is not a place that hosts original work like journal articles, books, or other original content. If a specific journal article is particularly notable then there can be an entry about it, but this would require that the journal article be the focus of independent and reliable sources. You cannot post the article verbatim to Wikipedia. I also note that this appears to be an attempt to get around the repeated deletions and salting of the article Madhab Chandra Jena.

Now as far as the article for Jena goes, you have to go through deletion review to have this restored. It cannot be restored at WP:REFUND since it was deleted via WP:A7, "Article about a real person, which does not credibly indicate the importance or significance of the subject". However when you do this you will need to show where Jena and his work has received coverage in independent and reliable sources. By this I mean that you can show things like academic texts that routinely quote his works, newspaper articles about him, and so on. Having a large citation index to his name is also helpful, as that can also show that his work is routinely cited by his peers. I noted that the article mentioned awards- you should bring these up at deletion review and show proof that they are awarded. Be careful, however, as not all awards are considered to be notable per Wikipedia's guidelines. This doesn't mean that the awards weren't a challenge to receive, just that there are so many awards out there that Wikipedia is very, very strict on what it will consider to be a notable award and what it will consider a reliable source.

But going back to the main reason I'm posting here, do not post anything that disparages other editors on Wikipedia. Not only is this not permitted on Wikipedia but it is also very poorly received by other editors and can make them less likely to want to help you. If you do decide to go to deletion review, do not make ad hominem remarks. Stay calm and give your reasons for wanting the article restored and give proof to back your claims up. • Also, please do not repost any of the content on Jena until you go through deletion review. If you continue to repost this information without going through deletion review you will almost certainly be permanently blocked from editing for being disruptive. The only way to restore this content right now is to go through deletion review. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:19, 3 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Other site[edit]

I note that you also created Madhab chandra jena (talk · contribs) but the standard of your English here and on my user talk page leads me to suspect that you may not actually be Madhab Chandra Jena. I note your comment above "I will go for other site". If that means that you intend to publish somewhere other than Wikipedia, I strongly recommend you to do that. Even if the copyvio situation were resolved, your articles would be deletable as original research. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 21:08, 3 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
