PlayStation Store

Hi. I just reverted your edit on PlayStation Store as it was incorrect. Just wanted to clarify what I said in the edit summary: You do not have to add a certain amount but you have to add a minimum of £5 (or whatever the equivalent is in your currency). If you have nothing in your wallet and want to buy something for £3, you do need to add £5. However, if you're buying something that costs more than that, it will only add the amount needed for that item. So if you have £2 in your wallet and buy a game for £11.50, it will add £9.50 to your account, leaving you with £0 after the purchase. I think your Jason Todd page has more than benefitted from the constant fixes I've had to make since it seems the keeper of this page wasn't terribly knowledgeable about the Todd era. Rather sick of my edits getting warnings, considering before I showed up, his post crisis origin section was weak and biased. His pre-crisis story was non-existant. The fraud in the phone poll was never mentioned and frankly, the article read like someone who disliked the character wrote it. So I'm sick of getting warnings when I do something like edit the opening paragraph. It's too wordy. Giving the phone poll tally makes even less reason to go through the article to look at things like the death in the family section and I find the fact that it seems to have some unseen knowledge that the pre-crisis Todd was popular before to the retcon to be rather, well, made up. Further, I already had the under the hood movie in other media appearances, so what's the point of putting it in the opening. Your whole second paragraph is unnecessary.

UPDATE: I've reverted your edits on Henri Ducard... again. While you may have provided a citation and also disambiguated it, I've provided numerous verifiable sources to support that the character is indeed Henri Ducard. Now, you and I were both trying to make the article better (WP: Good faith), but upon your post on my talk page, you are taking this too personal. You say that you will sanction a block on me without probable cause, which is a violation of Wikipedia:THREATEN. I will be the bigger man and ignore this, but if you continue to revert without verifiable sources, I'll file the article for WP:Edit warring. Thank you. Please remember to assume good faith when dealing with other editors. Which you have seem to not given to me. So, when someone randomly throws in, Do the "Bane broke Batman" story arc, you're suggesting to me that that's in goodfaith? So if I were to make such an intentional unconstructive edit, would I be given the same courtesy? It's one thing when a newcomer doesn't cite sources, is being redundant, contributes with grammatical errors; but this edit was none of the above. It's these kinds of users who make me wonder why Wikipedia allows unregistered people to edit. So, in response to someone who slaps me with an unnecessary warning about not assuming good faith when someone comes along and intentionally clusters an article, I'm going to argue that it was in good faith of me to give this person the appropriate warning so others don't have to waste their time reading or reverting his/her edit. And to get a warning over that shows that you arsn't assuming good faith on me. I'm well aware of the policies at Wikipedia and I'm also well aware of your and my history of not understanding each other. So, personally, I think this was done out of spite simply because you have a hard-on for me. So, I'm happy to reward you with a WP:UTN of your own. Thank you. It was a simple warning with bad faith assumed. It wasn't like I didn't consider the possibility that this could've just been a simple mistake, which a lot of new people accidentally do. But this wasn't a mistake of grammar or even putting up rumors--as some people unfamiliar may think it's noteworthy and may not understand the concept of WP:CK. But this was meaningless cluster and was intentionally put there, and I was kind enough not to give the user a one and only warning, but rather assumed that the user was capable of understanding that this is not tolerated and won't go unnoticed. One question you may answer for me, or perhaps you can point me in a direction where I can find the quick answer, is why Wikipedia allows unregistered users to contribute when edits such as the user we're discussing happens all the time. Eric Cartman

WP:OR; the only source used was a mention of the episode itself. Personal interpretations of primary sources are discouraged, while secondary sources are preferred. No reliable sources were provided which explained an acknowledgment of the reference to Cartman in the show (WP:IPC), nor to detail how this is important to the subject of Cartman (WP:HTRIV). The material is more appropriate for an article for the Powerpuff Girl episode than it is for the Cartman article. - SoSaysChappy (talk) 21:40, 25 May 2010 (UTC)

Mario remakes

Hi. Thank you for your interest in editing. However, the articles you have created about Mario remakes do not meet up with Wikipedia policy. First off, articles must have significant coverage in reliable third party sources to be notable. Secondly, editors from WikiProject Video games have generally agreed that remakes, ports, etc. must have enough coverage to distinctly show it as a new game. Otherwise, they should be covered in the parent article to an appropriate extent. For example, out of the third versions of Pokémon games, Pokémon Yellow and Platinum have separate articles due to the extensive amount of coverage on them, showing them apart from the game they were made from, while Pokémon Crystal and Emerald are in their parent article due to lack of significant coverage showing them as a distinct game which needs extensive coverage. As a common sense rule, if half of a remake article would be a rehash from the original game's article, then it isn't worth splitting. The new content can be covered in the old article. In the case of Zelda, look at A Link to the Past & Four Swords and Ocarina of Time 3D. In the case of Mario, look at Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario 64 DS. Wii U Sales perspective

Hi this is mazty, I'm just wondering if it really is necessary on the Wii U page to include the sales in the first 6 weeks to the 360 and PS3. From a buisness standpoint, you're comparing 7 year old products to a new one, while the global economic climate has changed a vast amount. Therefore what perspective can really be drawn from comparing those consoles?
