AFD[edit]

Hi, as it has been a little while with no sign of reliable sources being found to substantiate notability against WP:Notability, I am of a mind to proceed with an AFD. This should provide independent views over several days on whether to keep or delete and the article could be improved even whilst discussion is on-going. Are you planning any short term improvement that would make it reasonable to defer this any longer? Thanks, (talk) 07:40, 20 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've been reviewing the article and just realized that there are only three references. Most of the information can be supported by the game's developer, NBGI. However, only information from Maximum Tune 3 and later are provided by NBGI. The main problems are not enough references, and information that is completely trivial and/or irrelevant to the the game. I am a Maximum Tune player myself, but those who play the game as well, they'll add trivial and irrelevant information on MT's new developments and observations. And what makes it worse, most or all that information added/edited fails to meet standards. It adds up... Anime4international (talk) 08:06, 20 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
As I continue to doubt that notability (in the Wikipedia sense) can be addressed for this game alone (i.e. articles about the company, trend or game series might be notable) I shall go ahead with an AFD. I suggest you ask for Userfication in case of deletion so that you can re-hash, improve or re-use the material and references. Thanks, (talk) 09:27, 20 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
