I don't understand what you mean by The Username is Contravenes Wikepedia rule.. The name Angel Henry Junior Ogar is already on the news, and it is being cited on a page hosted by naijaloadedvibz.com.ng before the article was created, and the cite hosting an article about him is a hosted website where people are written about. It is not a free site.

The username is about a real person and celebrity, who's biography tally's as an angel, so I suggest it is useful to wikipedia encyclopedia and should be accepted. The page was recently deleted for the page the biography was written and I see the site reliable for news topic and the writer has decided to include Angel Henry Junior Ogar Biography even by describing him to his/her taste. I suggest a page created on Wikepedia talk pages called Angel Henry Junior Ogar.

The username "Mocking Bird" has already been used. This means that you would have to "usurp" it (or perhaps that somebody would have to "usurp" it on your behalf). Wikipedia:Changing username/Usurpations says: "Please do not request usurpation of another account if your own user account is less than several months old, or barely used." Your user account is new and barely used.

Indeed, your user account is so little used that it's not worth renaming. Just forget it. Forget this talk page.
