Kansas map query[edit]

Kumorifox I know I was really confuse too, then I went and check the Aclu Kansas and there was a girl saying she couldn't get a license from Rice county. That is why I am pretty sure they are not issuing. --Allan120102 (talk) 00:30, 28 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
