Early history of Grawp
Curious, does Grawp have a history of hacking other people's accounts? I just imported a couple of early-2001 edits to DelawarE, and one of the editors was User:Andy Jewell, who years later got blocked after making some typical Grawp pagemoves. Nyttend (talk) 00:44, 3 February 2013 (UTC)

You have recently blocked this editor for abusing multiple accounts, and he has appealed. I have absolutely no reason to doubt your decision, but as I cannot see a linked SPI or stated names of his socks I cannot make a sensible argument.
