Welcome

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent edits do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the "sandbox" rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a new contributor's help page, or you can write {{helpme}} below this message along with a question and someone will be along to answer it shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Bobherry talk 14:50, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Interested, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. CobaltBlueTony 15:02, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Frequency Division Duplex, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. August 2013[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Bobherry. An edit that you recently made seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Bobherry talk 14:48, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Bobherry talk 14:49, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

March 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello. I will leave it alone as I do not have the time to go back and forth on this matter. But I must say this information being put on the page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdel_Fattah_el-Sisi seems more for a reason other than noteworthiness. I really do not have a dog in this fight, but I think its more for the inflammatory nature and seems to me agenda fed more than any other. In my opinion Wikipedia is not the place to do that... soon it would be twitter or for gods sake facebook like... Wikipedia is a place to find unbiased and good clear information on subjects or persons... to put stuff like this or allow it in my opinion is not right.Scottsdesk (talk) 13:02, 31 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Invitation for discussion[edit]

General note[edit]

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons, as you did to Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. Thank you. Fitzcarmalan (talk) 10:48, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Abdel Fattah el-Sisi shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Amrtarek (talkcontribs) 12:31, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
