Funnily enough, I was just reading it today since I saw it pop up in my watchlist. It's definitely expanded a lot since the peer review! I love the case subsections and think it's a good way to present that information, though I don't know if there's any precedent for that kind of presentation. I hope people won't raise a fuss about it in FAC. I don't see any glaring red flags, and everything seems to be structurally sound. I think you still may want to mention that McGill came up with her own case names; I'm assuming the three case names you have listed were names that she coined herself? bibliomaniac15 01:05, 4 August 2020 (UTC)

Hmm -- on reflection, I'm actually not sure if those three case names came from McGill (I pulled them from chapter headings in the Myrna Petersen source). The case name examples most often raised include the Deserted Shack Murder, the Bran Muffin Case, the Sand Dunes Murder and the Straw Stack Murders, but I went with three different cases instead (slightly less sensational, but interesting). Do you think it would be worthwhile adding one or two others, or is three a good number? Hey Alanna. I am hoping that all is well for you and am wondering if you have time to look over this article that I am developing. I asked Gog the Mild to assist me, specifically because he is not from the US (and thus would be likely to catch historic things about context that needed development) nor is he a women's scholar (and thus would be able to evaluate it from a broad perspective). In that regard, I think the article would benefit from input by people who do specifically work on women's articles to ensure that the depth and focus is covered adequately. Haven't found a US reviewer yet, but still working on that. We are planning to nominate it on the 25th, so if you have time to review it, it would be appreciated. If you are too busy, no worries. The poll tax article, your questions about nationality/coverture, and Gog's pointing me to the Birthright citizenship article for the US, made me finally decide to bite the bullet on the problem of women's nationality and just work on it. I imagine it will take all year, but I think it is a very important and long-neglected topic. If you are interested in helping develop it, I would be thrilled.
