DYK nomination of Tatiana Saunders

Hello! Your submission of Tatiana Saunders at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and some issues with it may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) at your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. The cropped photo is not used in the article, however, nor is the mention of equal pay made in the main hook actually in the article. My preference for hook is ALT1, though, and if this article is run without a photo on DYK, then that point is moot. In that case, I'd be happy to pass this nomination as good to go.
