Last year, on December 17, 2022, when I was practicing on Wikipedia, I made the mistake of publishing articles without installing reliable sources, this made my account I was using to be blocked for undisclosed paid editing error.

Then I took some time ( a month ) for reading all thing about Wikipedia and a good editor. Dear an admin, please help me to write again because the first mistakes I made will not be repeated because I have learned more such as :

1. doing in Sandbox as draft which is help me to see my article before publishing
2. Tea House which is like a class.
3. check well Reliable sources.
4. in writing, I must be a neutrality
5. No publicity
6. i sow all Guidelines and rules of Wikipedia and etc

I request you, to remove a blocked to my account , If you give me other chance to be a writer, I will respect all Wikipedia guidelines and rules.

As I wrote and you sow in above line, i made typo mistakes in many articles but especially in Gertrude Kubwimana, because i didn't know more about Wikipedia. the errors I made ;1. I didn't respect the Wikipedia Notability guidelines,2. Each and every articles need Reliable sources in order that articles can be acceptable on Wikipedia,3. other point which is very important is to avoid paraphrasing and copyright,4. publicity or speak badly of someone is prohibited. When i wrote that articles i didn't respect that rules, but because my mentor was not telling me the Wikipedia guidelines and rules. But right now I read thing needed to be a good editor but editor needed by Wikipedia, and also to read and write is my hobby.

in my Future when you give me other chance to be editor, I want tell the world our culture and our value. Here in Rwanda many stores are not write or writing in bad manner, so this is my aim.

I want to make a good edits which is have the links and reliable sources.

I was informed today by RebeccaRwanda via an online call that this account (Abatagatifu) is the master account of sockpuppet Abatagatif. RebeccaRwanda and I discussed in detail what Abatagatifu needs to do before again requesting to be unblocked. That information (what Abatagatifu needs to do) is also well-documented on this talkpage.
