I have declined that speedy deletion nomination, because the reason given does not apply to draft pages; but please understand that Wikipedia is not a social-networking site, and articles are only for people with some significance or importance, so that WP:Notability can be demonstrated by references that show "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject," see also WP:Notability (summary). I don't see anything in your draft that suggests Khalid Hamad Abuhaimed is (yet) a suitable subject for Wikipedia.

I hope all is well. The reason I declined the draft is because on Wikipedia, all claims we make must be verifiable, backed by reliable sources using inline citations. This is especially true for articles on living people. Feel free to work on the draft to insert references, and once that's been done, the draft may be submitted once more for review.
