I switched to a different IP and this is my last chance to confirm that I'm not AudiGuy-1204 evading his block. But as AudiGuy used to be constructive, he got blocked for some obvious mistake then started to vandalize, mostly by adding car makes to anime/VTuber/Touhou articles. I did not start editing Wikipedia until May of last year. By then, I was in a block war because of AudiGuy trying to vandalize. Now I'm blocked for a different sockpuppeteer, Beyoğlou, and this time I was not able to edit Wikipedia at all, even for fixing typos or reverting vandalism. Then Yamla blocked the former IP (which also belonged to Beyoğlou) because it was AudiGuy-1204 and I had no other solution. Then a power outage came through and then I was now able to make a new block request. Appearently AudiGuy vandalized my former IP's talk page, e.g. they added a giant ISIS flag on the page. I did not make these edits. Appearently these IPs are not just AudiGuy-1204's, AudiGuy-1204 is a human too (but not me), and as AudiGuy-1204 is a vandal, it's not me and I'm a constructive editor. But I am a closely related user to AudiGuy and admins keeps blocking me for it (I edit car articles mainly, just like AudiGuy did before they got blocked), and so is, I am unable to login into my account named "VWFan35". I usually don't edit anime pages and I don't like anime. And my favorite car brand is Volkswagen. AudiGuy also edits the Turkish Wikipedia sometimes but I'm mostly immune. And AudiGuy doesn't even use the same device as mine. I am an active editor on Turkish Wikipedia and Simple Wikipedia. Sorry for wasting the time on it. I changed the password of AudiGuy's PC to something he won't even remember. What a little kid.

I found that AudiGuy was repeatedly blocked by the edit filter on the Turkish Wikipedia for typing Turkish swear words like or*spu or g*rizekalı. They also typed the German swear word "H*rensohn" which means "son of a b***h" in the German Wikipedia, probably inspired by those writing "u/spez ist ein H*rensohn" on Reddit's r/place experiment on last year. I made an UTRS request for IP block exemption for the not-created yet account. The block prevented the local account from being created. I'll update as admins reply to the UTRS request.
