Hi Melcous - apologies for disruptive editing. I have now amended Rob Sorrenti's biography, trying to adhere to Wikipedia guidelines. There is now a box at the top of the article page that reads -

This article has multiple issues. Please help improve it or discuss these issues on the talk page. This biography of a living person needs additional citations for verification. (July 2018) This article may rely excessively on sources too closely associated with the subject, potentially preventing the article from being verifiable and neutral. (July 2018)

I have done extensive research to try to remedy this and remove the box, but I am unsure what is causing this. Would you be able to help? Thank you!

All content needs to be referenced to reliable, independent secondary sources. If it is not, it can and will be removed. Please STOP adding unsourced content over and over again. Furthermore, the style you are writing in is not acceptable here - content must be written from a neutral point of view so phrases like "a sensitive observation about the nature of addiction" are the kind of things people say about their own work, not what an encyclopaedia says. Finally, can you please clarify if you have a connection with Rob Sorrenti, that is a conflict of interest? Please do not edit the article further until you have responded to this question. Thank you Melcous (talk) 14:16, 8 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for explaining - apologies, I have never edited a Wikipedia page before! I am an employee of Rob Sorrenti, so I understand that this may be a conflict of interest. Thank you for including the COI link - I have taken a look, and have now seen that I can request an edit under the 'New Section' tab. I will draft something now that is from a neutral point of view, and submit it for review. Thank you.
