Warnings[edit]

Please, in the future, do NOT add lengths to animal pages unless those lengths can be supported by a museum specimen. Anything without a confirmed specimen is nothing more than a rumor, and if we start accepting rumors, we might as well list anacondas as 300 feet long because someone's friend's cousin said they say one once. yet again, chill[edit]

Hard as it may be to believe, I am *NOT* simply here to talk to you, nor to repeatedly answer the same questions over and over again. Like everyone else here, I am volunteering to edit this site, and you have no right nor basis to *demand* my time, especially for stuff I've already answered. Chill. Now.[edit]

Look, kid, it's pretty obvious you're not a bad person, but you're getting *way* too personal over this, and *way* too defensive. You need to calm down, stop seeing disagreement as a personal attack, and stop the personal attacks. I've tolerated far more of your tantrums than I usually do, because I think you actually have some potential, but you are rapidly exhausting my patience. You don't have to edit the same pages as me, but please, don't pick fights and don't deliberately introduce false information, as you did recently on Great white shark and water monitor. Mokele (talk) 02:28, 26 January

2010 (UTC)

~Mokele I'm giving you an real source check it out for yourself:http://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2009/1202/pdf/OF09-1202.pdf: and:http://www.giantconstrictingsnakes.com/?page_id=36&cpage=1 So check them out Mokele.

Listen dude I'm giving you references and all your doing is pretending that it is nothing so how about you actually check them out Mokele!?

You idiots keep changing this entire frickin site take the most reliable and acceptable length for an animal and stick with it like other the other science sites do. a 30 foot anaconda is not considered dubious and neither is a 30-45 footer it just has not been proven to exist yet and remains "unverified" instead of putting lengths upwards of 30 feet or longer as dubious since everything in science is not impossible but highly unlikely but still not impossible.

~Mokele your a dumb prick who keeps modifying information on the internet because you can't make up your mind on how big some reptiles species get. If you don't think anacondas grow to over 20 feet then that's your theory but keep your shit of the internet for others to read and get confused with every time you change it. plus you never even bothered checking out my refernces which I posted weeks ago and has been sitting there and you still haven't commented on them also I found that you ignored another factor that I presented with giant anacondas:In fact, the evidence is far better than Bigfoot footprints. It is known that normal anacondas leave a special kind of track when traveling across mudflats from one swampy area to another. You can tell what size the snake is by looking at the width of the track. Many tracks of the giant anaconda have been found in remote areas. Hoaxing these tracks would take far more expertise than hoaxing the footprints of a Bigfoot. You can't get near without creating your own tracks too, unless you had a helicopter, and even then the difficulties involved in making six-foot-wide tracks that had all the characteristics of a heavy giant snake would be staggering. So wake up.

Look, kid, you need to let this go.[edit]

Seriously, what exactly are you accomplishing here, beyond getting me irritated at your stupidity and probably getting you banned. Yes, I was previously rather lax, but on consideration, decided to be more strict. Now, for no reason, you're re-inserting information that we both KNOW you don't have a reference for. On top of that, you're under the delusion that I'm somehow everywhere on every article watching everything. I checked, and noticed you even tried to "confront" me on perentie, an article I don't even watch. You need to get over yourself, get a grip, and stop this childish bullshit, or I'm reporting you to the admins. Mokele (talk) 21:38, 8 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Listen up I don't care if you think I'm stupid but as references go::http://files.andigena.org/media/andigena/noticias_herpetologicas/Anacondas%20English_LV.pdf,//behlabhishek.wordpress.com/2008/08/03/worlds-biggest-crocodile-report-by-rom-nik-whitaker/, http://www.giantconstrictingsnakes.com/?page_id=36&cpage=1 this site also shows that not all crocodile farms lack 20 foot monsters http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-MD-fc54VE.: Now in the future if I do bring up a reliable source for a snake or crocodile 30 feet or longer your not welcome to share your views on it ok much appreciated.
Oh and Mokele this is my real reference for giant snake size:http://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2009/1202/pdf/OF09-1202.pdf: actually check it out and look at it sites lengths for several giant snake species including the green anaconda and reticulated python. It's a good site Mokele check it out.
Hold Mokele don't tell me to give you a reference one minute then ignore me the next when I give 4 or 5 the next REFERENCES here they are look at them.

Request reason:

actually I have learned and if you read my previous comments above you will see that I have tried introducing references such as,http://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2009/1202/pdf/OF09-1202.pdf and :http://www.giantconstrictingsnakes.com/?page_id=36&cpage=1,to the pages like this one of which I have been commenting on,also I think that I should be unblocked because after seeing how long these blocks are becoming it has become clear that I will eventually be permanetly blocked and frankly I don't want that to happen because I do have things to contribute

Please include a decline or accept reason.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Busy for a while[edit]

Just an FYI, I'm going to be extremely busy for the next few weeks, so it's unlikely I'll be replying to any talk page messages or doing anything on WP beyond reverting vandalism on my watchlist. Mokele (talk) 21:53, 15 November 2010 (UTC)

~Oh ok I was just telling you that I added something into the giant anaconda saying that specimens longer than 37 feet are considered dubious and most likely erroneous although I did make a comment on the reticulated python saying that one thing people should know about pythons is that pythons tend to spend a lot of ther'yre time during the day in burrows and even caves so spotting a giant might not be the easiest thing and also note that Asia has a large population of tigers, elephants, rhinos, and large crocodiles so I wasn't completely convinced on the notion that Asia doesn't have enough food to support a supergiant python although I do agree with the fact the temperatures today could be an obstacle for a snake getting extremely huge so just wanted to give you some of my final insights.

Giant lizards[edit]

Look, I get that the possibility that such things exist is tantalizing, I really do. But eyewitness accounts are utterly worthless, even if they have nearby objects to gague size. I have had people tell me about 15 foot snakes in their yards, only to arrive and find a 2 foot long garter snake. A colleague has had people call about "aggressive alligators" in the driveway (in Louisiana, where such things *do* happen), only to find a skink that was barely over a foot long. Add in the usual complicating factor of booze, and there's no reason to take any report seriously that doesn't come with a dead body as proof.

Furthermore, I see no reason to continue any further discussion with you if you insist on using insults in response to skepticism. Do it again and I'll contact an admin. Mokele (talk) 22:15, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

~ first of all I have only insulted you when you have insulted me like you did on the nile crocodile disscusion page so I'm going to give you *ZERO* respect and frankly objects are a good indicator of size no matter how much you want too doubt it and the fact that most of those giant monitor sightings took place in after Megalania's discovery doesn't mean they are *all* horseshit like you claim. SO just remember you don't deserve anyone's respect so get over it and get over yourself.

~ I'm also a member now so keep throwing the insults and I will report *YOU*.

January 2011[edit]

Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Talk:Varanus salvadorii. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Beeswaxcandle (talk) 22:31, 21 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

~ thats too bad because Mokele has insulted me plenty of times so stop yelling at me and start blocking him.

~ Yo! Beeswaxcandle stop talking to me like I'm the bad person here and and read articles like this one, and also the green anaconda one before u start attacking me on stuff I'm not doing hes the one who curses and throws the inuslts just read the page.

I am not yelling at you and I'm not telling you that you are bad. I am merely reminding you of the Wikipedia policy on civility. I have looked through the interactions between you and Mokele and I can see nothing that amounts to Mokele insulting you. In fact, he has gone to great lengths to be polite to you. Some of the arguments you have proposed have been tenuous at best and fallacious at worst and it is these arguments that Mokele has seen as "crap." But he has certainly not referred to you with that word.
I am very pleased to see that you have now created a username and I will welcome you to Wikipedia properly there. I look forward to seeing your contributions to the project of building the best encyclopedia ever. Beeswaxcandle (talk) 23:39, 22 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sick of this.[edit]

Ok, I'm officially done. I've covered everything that needs to be said on the topic of maximum sizes, dependable measurements, and why "claim" is not the same thing as "data". I've deliberately stopped responding to all of your comments, yet you persist, continuously attempting to pick a fight.

I'm going to make this really simple and clear: You and I have nothing further to discuss. Do not contact me again. Do not continue responding to months-old comments on talk pages. Any further attempt to instigate or perpetuate our past disputes will be considered harassment.. Mokele (talk) 00:29, 22 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Chill Out[edit]

~ I dont' pick fights you are sadly mistaken in that accusation and asking questions is ok beacuse it shows you want to know more. Your making it seem like I can't say anything to you without being threatened. If everything I say is so bad then don't *ever* respond to any future comments I make to anyone else.

Your Comments[edit]

~ If my comments are fallicous and tenious beeswaxcandle then why would you be looking forward too any future contributions I make? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Firebirdop (talkcontribs) 22:55, 14 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
