A tourist magazine for an island isn't a particularly noteworthy source. And being on a compilation album is no evidence of notability... Wikipedia does not recognise Discogs as a reliable source or as evidence of notability, it's simply evidence of existence. If the article is "in the beginning stages", then it ought to be worked on as a draft until notable sources are found, not placed directly in mainspace.
