March 2008[edit]

Hi, I've reverted the edit you made to Oil price increases since 2003 since it introduced a lot of weird breaks into the article. I marked it as vandalism, but if you were really trying to fix a link please do fix it. NJGW (talk) 02:23, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Wikipedia. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Shadowjams (talk) 07:34, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Talk:Hebron, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like you to assume good faith while interacting with other editors, which you did not do on WP:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. You can't possibly stand on that. When someone makes over 100 blocks that is out of hand. That is not a personal attack. This sounds like one editor covering for another

No, just an admin doing admin work. Lots of vandalism, lots of blocks. And do sign your posts, please. --Ebyabe talk - Attract and Repel ‖ 04:43, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

it is obviously not possible to review that many blocks, let alone, give adequate explanations.

If an editor is blatantly vandalizing and not performing any useful edits, it's actually quite easy to review and make a decision. It's not worth with those editors to spend the time as they'll never be useful contributors, there are better things to do once you've stopped the problem. Personal attacks[edit]

Information icon Please do not attack other editors. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you.Canterbury Tail talk 12:35, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
