Bonjour 0x010C,
Je m'excuse pour le message en anglais, but my French is better at reading than writing.
A few months back, Darthbunk Pakt Dunft was blocked on a few wikis as a sockpuppet of प्रजापति. I was asked to review the case on Meta-Wiki, and I found that the account was most likely a false positive, and that the sockmaster had impersonated this account's name in other accounts. The user has contacted me asking to be unblocked here, so I thought I'd leave you a message as the original blocking admin. It's up to you to decide of course, but I find in these cases it's quite easy to unblock and then reblock if they turn out to be very naughty.
(P.S. - I tried to leave you this message on frwiki, but was blocked by an abusefilter. That doesn't seem correct...)

, - I've read again all the related pages on both enwiki and frwiki to remind me what this case was. Since the blocking decision came from a request on the french administrators' noticeboard for incidents, I'll not unblock this account myself but re-open a section there, and let other admins choose what should be done with it.
- About the abusefilter that blocked you, he's in charge of blocking every edit made by account with < 40 edits which insert some very recurring unwanted expressions, and प्रजापति is part of the list after a long campaign of this person of continuously adding his name everywhere on french meta pages with fresh accounts; sorry for the false positiv

Thanks @Ajraddatz: for transmitting my request. I don't wish to waste other editors' time, so allow me to do this myself.
I hate to bother but I couldn’t find the section you opened on the French WP to re-examine my block there.
You may want to have some links to attest my impersonation by Parajapati. Or just believe me - he did impersonate me by using my signature as a name for a new account.
Chronologically here’s what happened: when I recreated some page on Fr. WP, another user noted my signature in cyrillic and suspected me to be the above said Parajapati (Feb. 22), who had apparently worked on that same page a year before:
Seeing that, Parajapati used my signature to impersonate me on this Wikipedia. (Feb. 24!)
However, my account and Parajapati were found to be unrelated. See:

I also took a look at the exchange that lead to my block. Actually the user who had been harassed by Parajapati impersonating me, was asking (roughly): ‘What do you think?’ (about me being a sock puppet of Parajapati), to which you answered by immediately blocking me.
You could therefore easily unblock me in those circumstances, if I understand well. That is, if you’re now convinced that it was all a big misunderstanding. Which it was. And the user who impersonated me took advantage of that.
Needless say all my contributions were in good faith on all Wikipedia. You can check again if you like.

PS My alternative account Gooball Warning (talk · contribs)–that was in fact created in the first place (Feb. 6) to deal with a different range of articles (I never used them on the same page nor did I try to misuse them), is also still blocked on the Fr.
