@UMDP: பெரும்பாண்டியன்2's edits on Battle of Weli Oya (1995) can not be described as disruptive. You may not agree with their contributions but that does mean they are disruptive or warrant a warning.--Obi2canibe (talk) 16:00, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

He has been continuously making unsourced edits and reinserting them when reverted and has also added/edited numbers multiple times in many pages 1 2 and also targeting editors ethnicity instead of seeking dispute resolution. @UMDP: I don't need your warning. Wikipedia is known for neutrality and you are one-sided(faking behaviour). As you are Sinhalese (Telling out 'you're a Sinhalese' is not harassment. It's just a pointing out.), you are supporting the government propaganda (I request Obi2canibe to check out the Sri Lankan Civil War battle articles written by the Sinhalese. everything is written in a propaganda way.) and using Wikipedia pages for your propaganda works. I make a humble request Obi2canibe to delete that warning, as I have not done anything wrong against the Wiki's guidelines.        Also, I request @Obi2canibe to allow me to write on that article. These Sinhalese are writing their side of view and not allowing Tamils to write their side of views in any Sri Lankan battles articles. I have the full report of that battle in Tamil. Dear Wikipedia, I hereby make a humble request that you exercise your discretion and lift the ban on me. I tender an unreserved apology for the violations I have committed in the past. I would like to plead the following as mitigating circumstances in support of my above appeal. I breached your policy of not referring to someone’s ethnicity. I take full responsibility for this and promise this will never happen again. I was not aware that your rules prohibit reference to one’s ethnicity. I fully accept that my ignorance of this rule is not an excuse for my actions; however, it is also true that I believed (at the time I made the comment) that it was acceptable to allude to someone’s possible alleged ethnic sympathies, in questioning their (what I perceived as) bias. I have since read your policy in full and now I fully understand what I did was in breach of your policy. So, promise not to breach it again, ever. I also accept that I breached your policy when I made an entry on the “Battle of Welioya” page without properly referencing it. This was due to an oversight on my part. This is where I found the info (https://m.rediff.com/news/aug/02lanka.htm) (More detailed info is in Tamil, but that can't be used in English Wikipedia). I didn't mention this. Again, I accept all my mistakes. You might not trust me, but please give me a chance to prove my selves. Dear Wikipedia, The block on me is no longer necessary because I have read the Wiki's guidelines and understood where I've breached the policy (not referring to someone’s ethnicity and making changes without attaching references) I take full responsibility for this. I have since read your policy in full and now I fully understand what I did was in breach of your policy. I've also started collecting more stronger references to make useful contributions to the Wiki in a good Wikipedian way. So, I promise not to breach it again, ever.
