Hello. This is a message to inform you that your name has been removed from from the list of Wikipedia Signpost subscribers. Do not worry; this is simply a method of reforming the Signpost so that automated bots do not fill up retired users' talk pages with Signpost subscriptions (see discussion here) and to make life easier for the Signpost. If you wish to re-receive subscriptions, please send a reconfirmation edit to Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Subscribe by signing with

  1. MessageDeliveryBot [you can also use a user talk subpage (like
  2. MessageDeliveryBot, replacing SUBPAGE with the subpage for the delivery), but this won't trigger your "New messages" bar.] Thank you for understanding.

APPEAL TO YOU Reg: [BRAHMAN PUJAN] , [UNIVERSAL PRAYERS] . written by [Naresh Sonee] On wikipedia , These above two pages are far older than the present article [Brahman] References of above titles are also available on New York site - http://www.printsasia.com/BookDetails.aspx?Id=445813482 Meanwhile, Can your good selves in Wiki Project Indian Community re-create a precise pages on [Naresh Sonee] & his book [Brahmand Pujan] – [Brahmaand Pujan] . However, Sonee is the writer of this book [Brahmand Pujan] written in 1999 . registered with Government of India- HRRD. Details of the registration is provided here on http://brhmaandpujanbook.tripod.com/ . More than sufficient, news and reviews are there on http://brhmaandpujan-news-reviews.tripod.com/ Since 5-6 yrs, for one or the other reason pages of [Naresh Sonee] & [Brahmand Pujan] are faced by communal bias from outside India so these articles over and again get deleted here in Wikipedia for minor reasons. However, many hits of - Naresh Sonee reflects on google search engine also. So, I request Wiki Indian community to kindly come forward and generously help these two pages to grow, as I am fed up to fight my case alone here [left] and moved out long back. Meanwhile, such an important info/issue on ‘Indian literature’ which adds & spell ‘new meaning /dimension’ to Brahman -should it stay lost else ignored? Your community panel has to judge at last. Myself, will not be on Wikipedia, for the same i apologise, but- pls. help these two pages to get reinstalled, reap, sow and grow, if you too feel so, I appeal to do this munificent favour. Regards- Dralansun (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 06:16, 27 December 2010 (UTC).

I did not "vandalize" the Tom Bianchi wiki page. It makes huge, ridiculous statements about him that are not cited for proof. Bianchi promotes anti-gay stereotypes via his work. If you don't want the page altered than provide citations for the statements proffered on that page! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.105.242.196 (talk) 19:43, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

Report of vandalism on Ethiopian Airlines destinations

Hello there. I'd like to report vandalism that occurred recently on the Ethiopian Airlines destinations article, apparently coming from an anonymous user that has already done the same thing on other articles. Is there any way to block the edition of this particular article?

Warm regards --Jetstreamer (talk) 00:31, 25 February 2011 (UTC)

English language and problems with it

Hello! I think, you can answer my question. My problem is that i knew English only is intermediate level. And i think, that there are may be some mistakes (grammatical or style) in my articles. Also, i think that in english wikipedia unlike other language versions there are this kind of people like me, who can't contribute with english well. What is a opinion about this problem of users of English wiki? what is ur own opinion? what says about it deletion policy? I would be thanks if u answer. CSD A7 on Katteragandla

Hi, I wanted to let you know that I challenged your WP:CSD A7 on Katteragandla. The article is about a village, and villages are not with in the scope of criteria A7. I tried to figure out where the village is located, but was unsuccessful, I have prodded the article as it really doesn't provide any information in the current form. A case could be made for application of other CSD criteria, and I have no objection if you want to try that route, or send it to AFD. Monty845 20:08, 22 August 2011 (UTC)

Wikimedia Stories Project

Hello,

My name is Victor Grigas, and I'm a storyteller at the Wikimedia foundation. We're telling stories of Wikipedia users, editors, donors, programmers and staff to paint a picture of who uses Wikipedia - for the 2011 fundraiser.

I am in the process of planning a trip to India to gather stories from Indian Wikipedians in face-to-face interviews (possibly on video).

My primary goal is to conduct 15-20 interviews, and hopefully enough of my interviews will make compelling stories that will effectively solicit donations from the public. These stories may also be used for other communication purposes by the foundation.

I found your userpage on a list of prolific Wikipedians and thought I’d reach out to you. Prolific editing is always a good story to tell!

If you are interested in participating, please contact me via my email:

vgrigas@wikimedia.org

Thank you for your time!

Victor

About me: I have been a Wikipedia editor since 2005. My userpage can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Victorgrigas

Scrapbook

The Scrapbook Invite
Hey! It's good to see you!
I have deeply cherished your warm friendship with me, and would like to keep a token of our times together in Wikipedia just in case I go out of touch with you. Hence, I cordially invite you to come and join My Scrapbook, a personal effort to keep all Wikipedians together and to promote WikiLove. I hope this invite receives you in hearty health, and that you can take as much pleasure writing on my scrapbook as I take when I remember you. Wishing an undying friendship, and a continued collaboration with you in Wikipedia. Cheerio!

This invite is being sent to all those editors who have worked with me previously, and in the process have become great friends. Wishing everyone a great life and lots of WikiLove!
My Scrapbook is no official WP page full of rules and regulations. It's just a part of my Wikipedia. To access it, you can go to my user page, open up the editing page for the user page and go to the (absolute) bottom.
