Iden Green is a small village in the county of Kent in England. It is part of the parish of Benenden and is within the District of the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.[1]
The nearest railway station is at Staplehurst.
Geography[edit]
Iden Green is situated with Cranbrook to the west, Tenterden to the east and Staplehurst to the north. The village is largely centred on Mill Street, which links the villages of Benenden and Sandhurst.[2]
History[edit]
Iden Green's main street, Mill Street, was a Roman Road and the village has since Roman times, been a farming village servicing the nearby towns of Cranbrook, Tenterden and Hawkhurst.[3]

Iden Green Congregational Church[edit]
Iden Green Congregational Church is an evangelical church, built in the 1970's. It has two Sunday services and various midweek activities.[4]
Iden Green Tennis Club[edit]
To the rear of the village green is the family run Iden Green Tennis Club.[5]
Mr Noah's Nursery School[edit]
Mr Noah's is a nursery school in Iden Green that focus's on foundation stage children. They are a ministry of Iden Green Congregational Church.[6]
Iden Green Pavilion[edit]
The Iden Green Pavilion serves as a village hall for the local village community, with a capacity of 70.[7]
