The 2012–13 network television schedule is for the US Cable Channels List of United States cable and satellite television networks [1] primetime hours from September 2012 through May 2013. The schedule is followed by a list per network of returning series, new series, and series canceled.

Legend[edit]

  Light blue indicates Local Programming.

  Gray indicates Encore Programming.

  Light green indicates live sporting events.

  Orange indicates movies.

  Red indicates series being burned off and other irregularly scheduled programs, including specials.

  Yellow indicates the current schedule.

  • The Job—Canceled on February 18, 2013 due to low ratings after two episodes. It is unclear if the remaining episodes will air.[135]
  • Made in Jersey—Canceled on October 10, 2012 due to low ratings after two episodes. As of December 29, 2012, eight episodes have aired.[136] This is the first cancellation of the season.
  • Partners—Canceled on November 16, 2012 due to low ratings after six episodes.[137]

The CW[edit]

  • 90210—It was announced on February 28, 2013 that season five would be the final season.[138] The series finale will air on May 13, 2013.[139]
  • Emily Owens, M.D.—Canceled on November 28, 2012.[140] The series concluded on February 5, 2013.
  • Gossip Girl—It was announced on May 11, 2012 that season six would be the final season.[48] The series concluded on December 17, 2012.[141]

Fox[edit]

  • Ben and Kate—Canceled on January 23, 2013.[142] Two days after being pulled from the schedule, production was shut down after 16 episodes of a 19 episode order were filmed.[143]
  • Fringe—It was announced on April 26, 2012 that season five would be the final season.[61] The series concluded on January 18, 2013.[144]
  • The Mob Doctor—It was announced on November 28, 2012 that the show would not receive a full season.[145] The final episode aired on January 7, 2013 (2013-01-07).

  • Flashpoint—It was announced on May 1, 2012 that season five will be the final season.[146] The series concluded on January 22, 2013.

  • 30 Rock—It was announced on May 14, 2012 that season seven will be the final season.[147] The series concluded on January 31, 2013.[148]
  • Animal Practice—Canceled on October 18, 2012 due to low ratings after five episodes. As of October 24, 2012, six episodes have aired.[149]
  • Do No Harm—Canceled on February 8, 2013 due to low ratings after two episodes.[150]
  • Next Caller—It was announced on October 12, 2012 that the series will not air.[151]
  • The Office—It was announced on August 21, 2012 that season nine will be the final season.[152] The series will conclude on May 16, 2013.[153]
