Most of the other guides are neutral to acceptable. However, ignore these guides for various reasons such as focusing on the wrong issues, or trying to use Wikipedia as more than just an encyclopedia, or suggesting that an ArbCom election should be decided by a single issue. (That's right, one of these guides suggest that a committee which is authorized to make binding decisions affecting one of the top 10 or top 5 sites on the internet, should focus solely on one issue.)
