Hi! I'm Shannon. My pronouns are she/her/hers.

As of 2019, I'm new to Wikipedia editing, and I'm excited to learn more. Professionally, I am an archivist and librarian, and I currently work as the Curator for the Tamiment-Wagner Collections at NYU Special Collections. I acknowledge that NYU, where I do most of Wikipedia work, is located on the ancestral lands of the Lənape Haki-nk, of the Delaware Tribe of Indians, a proud and sovereign nation whose commitment to culture, community, and land stewardship persist in the face of ongoing settler colonialism.

I, User:TamimentWagner, am an employee of NYU Libraries, a nonprofit global organization that advances teaching, learning, research, and scholarly inquiry in an environment dedicated to the open exchange of information. I will not make any edits that would not be beneficial to the goals of Wikipedia.

As a librarian and archivist, I believe deeply in freedom of information. I do, from time to time, insert links to library resources from NYU in an effort to expand access to these resources.
