MANUEL L. QUEZON president of the Philippines on "policies and achievements of the government and regeneration of the Filipino"[edit]

In August 19 year 1938 at Jose Rizal Memorial Field during his birthday Manuel L . Quezon delivered a speech before faculties and students from private schools public schools, Colleges and Universities around Metro Manila about all the policies and achievements that the Philippine government have imposed and made throughout his first term as the president of the republic of the Philippines.

During his speech he highlighted some of the policies that he imposed to the republic of the Philippines that helped the government to improve and maintain it's best performance under his administration. He has hopes and faith that under his administration the Philippines would continue to grow in terms of maintaining the democracy of the country to achieve peace and unity within the Philippine government. He also stated that there are still a lot of things to be done under his presidency that would make the life of every Filipinos better, one of which is to heighten the Philippines government security by organizing it's national defenses.

Promoting equality and justice is also one of his advocacy to give unity and freedom to every Filipino living in the country. By creating many privileges and opportunities and giving beneficiary help to the people by means of giving free education, health insurances and benefits and construction of necessary infrastructures that will provide major impact in helping the economic growth of the country.
