Newly created municilapities in Greenland

Dear Qaasuitsumiinngilanga, as a contributor to the Dutch Wikipedia I am writing an article on the Hiawatha crater which was discovered in what I understand to be Avannaata. The Dutch Wikipedia seems to be outdated on this, as it refers to the region as Qaasuitsup. According to your article, the new municipalities were created on the first of January, this year. Could you provide me with a source on that? I would like to update the Dutch Wikipedia, or at least have it updated by someone who is more familiar with the subject so that "my" article on the Hiawatha crater contains and links to the correct information. Non-free Coat of Arms Images

I'm not sure if you will get this message, but File:Avannaata-coat-of-arms.svg and File:Qeqertalik-coat-of-arms.svg are non-free images, which means no one can use them basically. The pages of the images says that they are the logos of public authorities and as such presents no commercial opportunities to anyone. The pages asks if you could add a detailed fair use rationale for each image.
