Piaget trusted that youngsters play a functioning job in the learning procedure, acting much like little researchers as they perform tests, mention objective facts, and find out about the world. As children communicate with their general surroundings, they constantly include new learning, expand after existing learning, and adjust recently held plans to oblige new data.

While the reason remaining unknown about birth defects they remain unaware about how to consider certain facts to deal with these situation. However interestingly, infertility is no longer accepted by individuals as an "act of God or a matter of fate". This has led to charges that assisted reproduction amounts to the medicalization and commodification of infertility, women, and the children conceived this way. After all, infertility has only recently been considered an illness, where medicine traditionally concentrates its efforts. Children at this juncture are unaware about the whereabouts as to what is expected out of them or what has to be done, they look clueless because they lack instruction and guidance and this eventually becomes a burden for the parents. Now parents tend to ignore all related facts initially and think that their child is not interested or playing around to annoy their parents, which results in being harsh towards the children. The capacity and potential of the children remains unknown to the parents until a certain age or any incident. The high tech means of producing children and selling of reproductive services may become for many ends in themselves but the risk is that we may forget that the child is the end to which technological interventions and commercial transactions are a means of service.
