You are what you think is a concept that has been advocated throughout history. It is said that not only can man be defined by his thoughts, but can shape his own future by selectively controlling them. This theory has been mentioned in the Christian bible, the words of Buddha and in ancient philosophy. In more recent times, the theory is extensively utilised by personal development practitioners.
