I am a longtime Wikipedia editor dating back to 2004 on Wikipedia that used to edit under the user account Cab88 but somehow I lost the password back in 2015/2016 to that account with no way to recover it so I created this new one. I only realized I should have declared this fact just now when reading over the policy article about secondary accounts again, which I had read before but somehow missed the part about declaring on your user page when you create a new secondary account as a replacement for an old account your locked out of due to a lost password, so hopefully this is better late then never.
