- YangFan’s(扬帆） positioning and development goal
The forum is the school forum of NanJing Normal University.Found in 2008 by the students[1],the forum is a school organization which advocates multicultural university，improves after-school activities and makes the school activities and Internet culture develop together.During the developing process,YangFan get the real supports from the The school committee,the Information Center,some colleges and school organizations.The goals of YangFan are several points: Fairness and justice are neccessary;Each students in it can develop their own character free.Also,it works for providing a happy and healthy Internet world for everyone.These goals are just the reason why the forum can make cooperations with other legal party and make the students' lives more colourful in the university.

a.Support Department
Three parts consists of the Support department.They are parts of Internet technology, designing and managers' development.
b.Nucleus Department
Nucleus department was made up by websites management and activities promotion department which includes activity,cooperation and etiquette.[2]
c.Peripheral Department>
Computer service and School magazine department are the parts of the peripheral department
- The Basic Principles of YangFan
a.Principles of Web Station Management
This organization advocate multicultural development and encourage YangFanners to show themselves，talk to each other and share experiences with others.However,as is known to us ,there is also a limit of freedom .Pornogaraphy,violence and any other illegal information are forbidden.And the whole forum should be a quite harmony world.
b.Principles of After-school Activities[3]
The principles on After-school activities are the supplement for our goals,which is different from other bad rules like "Doing activities only for the activities".There're also some conditions to have the activities.For example,activities' settings and contents need be healthy and positive. Also,they should meet the requirements and appeal to the students.
